The DeLorean motorcar and John Z became icons of the 80's. Many of the books about John and the car are not easily found today. Here are a few that I have tracked down that you may be interested in.
  

motorbooks.com has "DeLorean 1977-1995 Golden Portfolio" available NEW! It's listed as Out-of-Stock or Special Order elsewhere! This book has a collection of magazine reprints from 1977-1995 including a Road & Track road test. I have the 1993 edition of this book and it was a great source of information while I was shopping for my D!   Recommended!

You can read about John Z DeLorean  in his 1985 autobiographical book "DeLorean", or in the 1983 book by Fallon "Dream maker: the rise and fall of John Z. DeLorean." Both are out-of print, but used copies can often be found at powells.com. Use this seachbox to check on the availability of these books.-
